| Description: | Satipanya is devoted to teaching the Mahasi Method of Vipassana, Insight Meditation. Every summer there is a three month retreat. Meditators can stay from a minimum of eight days to the whole three months.
It is a small intimate centre, holding 8 meditators max. at any one time.
Other courses are taught on metta (Developing Goodwill), healing, taking the refuges, temporary ordination, stress reduction (MBSR), and Xmas and New Year courses. |
