We meet on Sunday evenings from 6.30 until 8.15 at the Sakymuni Buddhist Centre, 32 Archibald Street, Lyneham. We begin with 30 minutes loving kindness practice, followed by 30 mins of walking and then 30 mins of sitting. We close with either a short dhamma talk or a discussion with questions and answers.
Experienced meditators are welcome to join the group at any time. New meditators are invited to join on the first Sunday of every month.

Some Vietnamese style cushions are available but it's a good idea to bring your own or a sitting bench. There is no floor covering in summer so bring a cloth or mat to place under your feet.
The teaching is free of charge but a donation to the temple who generously gives us this space is encouraged.
