| Description: | Clear Water Zendo is a Soto Zen temmple in Vallejo. It is in the tradition of Suzuki Roshi and the San Framcisco and Berkeley Zen Centers. The name of the Zendo comes from a poem by Zen Master Dogen, "The Point of Zazen."
The purpose of the zendo(meditation hall)is to offer a place for us to practice clarity together, a place to sit down, quiet our minds and pay attention. Compassion grows from this. What else is there? |
