| Description: | Offers a regular space in which to practice meditation and to study the dharma with longtime practitioners and students of Buddhism. Every Wednesday from 7 – 8 pm, group sitting and walking meditation is practiced in the auditorium. On every first and third Wednesday, following the meditation session, there is an Open House Book Discussion from 8-9pm in the Youth Room. Meditation instruction is available free of charge. |
