| Description: | A way to bring regular zen practitioners and those just starting out together for silent group meditation (zazen) in the Eastern Sierra. Except for those with previous sitting experience, attending an introduction to practice is required before coming to regular meditation sessions. Intros are given monthly, but also by appointment if requested (click the link above for more info). Basic postures and procedures are demonstrated in the style of the Rochester Zen Center. |
