| Description: | 481Dharma is a Buddhist meditation group in Lexington, KY. We meet twice a week to practice Vipassana meditation and discuss spiritual topics. This a non-sectarian, peer-led association in a casual, friendly environment. We are inspired by the teachings and vision of Noah Levine, author of Dharma Punx and Against The Stream. We get together Tuesday nights from 7:15 till 8:45 and Saturday mornings from 11 till 12:30. Everyone is welcome. |
