| Description: | Harrisonburg Meditation Group is located in Keezletown, Virginia, a few miles from downtown Harrisonburg. The group follows the Kagyu tradition of Tibetan Buddhism and sits at least seven times a week. Rinpoches, Lamas, and Dharma Teachers from the Kagyu tradition are invited on a regular basis to teach and lead meditations.
The group's center was established in order to create a space and an avenue for those who seek to know the truth of things as they are, also known as the Dharma, to be able to meditate, listen to teachings, and to have the support of a local Sangha, or spiritual community.
Beginner and experienced meditators are both equally welcome. |
