| Description: | Our weekly sitting group meets every Sunday morning in the comfortable surroundings at dJang sTudios here in Fort Lauderdale.
A silent meditation session begins promptly @ 10:30am and runs for approximately 20 minutes, followed by a short break.
The group continues at 11:00am consisting of a dharma talk (centered on a specific topic of the week) followed by open discussion time and then guided meditation.
We also offer daylong retreats and a six week Insight/Vipassana meditation class for beginners, intermediates and other professional groups. |
