| Description: | The Edinburgh Shambhala Meditation Group offers a place to practice sitting meditation, courses and weekend programmes in Shambhala Buddhism and the meditative arts, and instruction both for newcomers and more advanced students. We meet every Monday in Room 2 at the Theosophical Society for sitting and walking meditation, with alternating weeks of “just sitting” and talks and discussion. The Group has existed in various forms since 1975, and was re-established in December 2010. | ||
