| Description: | We are a group of meditators in the Kagyu and Nyingma Tibetan Buddhist traditions who meet to meditate and study together in Diss and Bressingham, South Norfolk, UK. Our teachers include Tsoknyi Nyima Rinpoche, Ato Rinpoche, Mingyur Rinpoche and Lama Rabsang. We also offer 6 Week Beginners Meditation Courses in Diss to help calm the mind and find inner peace. These courses are suitable for anyone from any spiritual tradition or none, and do not require you to be Buddhist. We also invite Lamas to give teachings. Everyone is welcome - many teachings are suitable for beginners and more experienced, and you do not have to be Buddhist to attend. We also offer regular meditation and study sessions. | ||
