| Description: | Shenten Dargye Ling was founded by H.E. Yongdzin Tenzin Namdak Rinpoche in France, the first congregation of Yungdrung Bon practitioners in the West and as a European centre in order to preserve the teachings of Buddha Tonpa Shenrab for coming generations. With Yongdzin Rinpoche as spiritual head, Khenpo Tenpa Yungdrung Rinpoche is serving as chairperson of the Congregation Shenten Dargye Ling. There is a library next to the small temple, the main temple, all in the main building. The newly built dark retreat house, munkhang has been inaugurated in 2010 by H.H. 33rd Abbot of Menri. Check the website for the ongoing retreats: usually one for Easter, and four in Summer and one in Winter. |
