We try to do meditation in everything we do. Meditation is more than some special exotic activity we do to try to get some specific result.
Meditation is food for the organism, food for our being, food for our spirit. It is not very special. You eat to feed yourself. When we meditate we are feeding ourselves.
Meditation helps us to respond creatively rather than
react automatically to the varied
circumstances of our lives. Meditation is very much about developing
openness and engagement with the world.
As we become aware of ourselves we become aware of others.
