       Description: Durham Dharma is a small Buddhist meditation group 
                    that meets once a week at one member's house. We have 
                    about a dozen regular members, with usually 4 to 10 
                    people attending at any one weekly meeting. Most of 
                    our members practice vipassana, but we have some Zen 
                    practitioners also. Newcomers are always welcome, and 
                    we are glad to provide basic meditation instruction 
                    for people new to meditation. 
                    Meetings are Wednesday nights from 7:30 to 9:00 pm. 
                    They have the following format:
                       7:30 -- Sitting meditation
                       8:00 -- Reading and discussion
                       8:30 -- Sitting meditation
